Meals

We will provide coffee during the scheduled coffee breaks as marked in the program.

Lunch is at your own expense and must be arranged individually. On the seminar day, lunch is available at several locations including Restaurant Čaiju at Sajos, Restaurant Sarrit at Siida, and Restaurant Aanaar at Wilderness Hotel Juutua.

For the Evening Event held at Hotel Inari, we ask that you register separately when signing up for the seminar. The event is limited to the first 120 registered participants. Dinner is at your own expense.

Transportation

We will provide free transportation for seminar participants from Ivalo (Euronics parking lot) to Sajos in Inari.

Please note: Parking space at Sajos is limited. Participants are asked to respect that designated electric pole spaces are reserved for Sajos staff.

Siida – Sámi Museum and Nature Center

Siida is offering seminar participants discounted admission of €13 (normal price €18). The offer is valid on October 29 and 31, 2025.
